When we think back on the NES era, we usually think about the warm fuzzy things – maybe a Friday night with pizza, soda, and friends, all huddled up to play the latest 8-bit sensation. We don’t typically think about broken consoles or the hassles of customer service. That’s what makes this video different and a bit fascinating. What should be a boring training instructional is actually an amusing look at what electronics clerks had to deal with when the Nintendo Entertainment System and Game Boy were all the rage. Enjoy this relic from 1991.
